					I brought my Camry to Doug's to repair a dent in my front door. I had never needed body work before, and they were highly recommended to me. Scheduling the appointment with Jason was easy, and they called me a week beforehand to remind me of the appointment. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and had it back Thursday the following week. During that time, their communication was excellent. They ended up replacing the door, but the door they initially received wasn't in good condition, so they ordered another one. They kept me up to date all along the way. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and high quality standards. When the car was finished one of their employees, DJ, was kind enough to give me a ride to the shop. I was very happy with their service, and now my car looks good as new!

					I somehow managed to wedge my front bumper off my car and didn’t know where to get it repaired. I talked with the mechanics as Autoworks and they recommended Doug’s. I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon to get an estimate and they said they’d be in touch within the week. The estimate was in my email later that evening.



Despite being told it would be several weeks before they could get me in, a couple of days later they called to say they coulddo the work the next week. I dropped my car off the night before and the work was complete by lunch time. I didn’t have a ride so I rode the bus. DJ was extremely helpful, offering to pick me up at the stop because it was a VERY COLD day.



The work was excellent! To add to an already good experience, the final total came in UNDER the estimate. I will definitely return should I ever need work done on my car in the future.

					Doug's team did a great job on repairing my 2011 Suburban. I had bad body damage on the front and rear bumpers as well as the hood that needed to be repaired. DJ came by my house in Bayfield and did the initial estimate. The crew at Doug's went above and beyond for my service and repair, they got me in sooner than expected. I had a slow leak in one of my tires that I was unaware of and the team patched it up for me and were able to start on the repairs. DJ even came in extra early the day it was ready for pick up to vacuum, and detail my vehicle. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the work that was competed, thank you DJ and the crew at Doug's for giving me back a vehicle that I am happy to drive once again!

					Experience was amazing with these guys! They were so helpful when I first hit the deer by giving me a swift and thorough estimate. DJ was great in explaining the process and gave me a ride to enterprise to pick up my rental car once my appointment came up for repairs without hesitation which was so helpful! Over all such a smooth and stress free process with these guys I will absolutely use them again in the future.

					I highly recommend taking your car to Doug’s auto body. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. DJ (Dale Joe) did an amazing job on my car. He went above and beyond my expectations and even got my car back to me before the estimated time. I’ll definitely be coming back here with any future car trouble!
